Mr Helgard Hancke&#8217;s application to intervene in support of Mr Nic Georgiou and others&#8217; leave to appeal against the order which Judge Murphy granted in favour of the HSAG; and<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. The HSAG requested the Case Manager for an order to compel the Respondents to provide all the contact details of the HS Investors to the HSAG.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Judge Weiner ordered the Respondents to comply with Judge Spilg&#8217;s order within 10 court days by supplying to the HSAG Attorneys all contact details, including cellphone numbers and email addresses, in both electronic and hard copy format.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Judge Weiner was also requested to compel the Respondents to file their opposing papers in the setting aside of the S155 Scheme of Arrangement (SoA) to expedite the proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Judge Weiner advised, once we have received the Order of Judge Ismail, the HSAG may approach the Case Manager again regarding the further conduct of the case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Given the irrelevancy of Hancke\u2019s averments, the HSAG decided not to ask for a postponement to file opposing papers (thereby effectively causing a further delay), but instead argued the Application for Leave to Appeal in the Pretoria High Court.
