JB Theron van Theron en Vennote aangaande die poging om die Highveld Syndication klas-aksie te kaap.<\/h3>\n<p>Daar was \u2019n poging deur Mnr. Nic Georgiou \/ Orthotouch om die voorgenome Klas-aksie van die Highveld Sindikasie Aksie Groep (\u201cHSAG\u201d) te ontspoor deur die nominale Applikante, wat namens die HSAG opgetree het om \u2018n Klas-aksie te sertifiseer, asook die individuele Applikante in die aansoek om tersydestelling van die Orthotouch Re\u00eblingskema af te koop. Die voormalige Applikante van die Klas-aksie is 10 dae gegee om hul onre\u00eblmatige kennisgewings terug te trek en om hul gebrek aan magtiging, deur ander prokureurs te probeer aanstel ten einde die Klas-aksie te ontspoor, terug te trek, by versuim waarvan daar drastiese regsstappe teen hul geneem sal word met Hooggeregshof kostebevele en ander maatre\u00ebls. Die opname van die <a href=\"http:\/\/hsaction.co.za\/?p=811\">tweede onderhoud\u00a0is hier beskikbaar:\u00a003\/02\/2016: RADIO-ONDERHOUDE OP RSG GELDSAKE<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>RSG &#8220;Geldsake&#8221; (Money Matters) interviews Mr. JB Theron of\u00a0Theron and Partners\u00a0regarding the attempted high-jacking of the\u00a0Highveld Syndication Class Action group.<\/h3>\n<p>There was an attempted hijack of the intended Class Action by the Highveld Syndication Action Group (\u201cHSAG\u201d) by Mr Nic Georgiou \/ Orthotouch by buying off the individual nominal Applicants, who were acting on behalf of the HSAG, to certify the HS Class Action, as well as the individual Applicants in the Application for setting aside of the Scheme of Arrangement of Orthotouch.\u00a0The former Applicants of the Class Action were afforded 10 days to withdraw their irregular notices and furthermore demanded to acknowledge their lack of authority to appoint new attorneys for the HSAG and withdrawing the Class action. Should they fail to do so, drastic steps will be taken against them, including but not limited to High Court cost orders and\/or other measures.
