CERTIFICATION OF A CLASS ACTION: HS 21 & 22

In light of the recent successful developments against Georgiou and Zephan, inter alia where the Courts have determined that the business rescue plan and the Sec 155 Scheme of Arrangement have no effect on the buyback clause for claims of investors in HS 21 and HS 22, the attorneys for the HSAG proceeded today to issue and serve court documents on Mr Georgiou and 20 other Respondents to expedite their certification applications.

The HSAG will now immediatley proceed with the Certification of the class action regarding investors who invested in the above-mentioned syndications.

In terms of the Notice of Motion, the Respondents should serve and file a Notice of Intention to Oppose (if they want to oppose this Notice of Motion) within 5 days after service whereafter Opposing papers should be served and filed whithin 15 court days.
