LETTER TO ORTOTOUCH’S ATTORNEYS WITH REGARDS TO THE NON PAYMENT OF INTEREST

We confirm that the HSAG’s legal team addressed a letter to Orthotouch’s attorneys of record with regards to the non-payment of HSAG members interest.

Orthotouch’s attorneys previously confirmed in writing that Orthotouch will honour the Scheme of Arrangement (SoA). The SoA stipulates that payment of interest to investors is not dependent on monies received from Zephan.

Orthotouch’s attorneys were informed that Orthotouch cannot withhold payments because on non-payment by Zephan and were given three days to confirm that Orthotouch will continue with payments.
